In a city where 1 in 10 residents now rely on food banks—a number that has doubled in recent years—we can no longer afford to let our most sophisticated kitchens sleep. It is time for a dedicated Toronto charity to bridge the gap by subletting these spaces on closed days, transforming them into "covert" community kitchens
